Security Basic Policy

The Mitsubishi Logistics Group, as an operator of critical infrastructure, strongly recognizes the maintenance and enhancement of information security as a critical issue, and hereby establishes the "Information Security Basic Policy" as the fundamental principle governing all businesses and operations of the Group.

  1. 1Compliance with Laws and Contractual Obligations
    We comply with laws, regulations, applicable standards, and contractual obligations related to information security.
  2. 2Establishment of an Information Security Management System
    We appoint a person responsible for overseeing information security and establish an appropriate management system to enhance information security measures and strengthen cyber resilience across the Group.
  3. 3Protection and Preservation of Information Assets
    We take preventive measures to ensure that information assets are not lost, damaged, stolen, leaked, altered, or misused by managing the appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of information in accordance with internal regulations.
  4. 4Implementation of Education and Training
    We regularly conduct education and training to raise awareness of information security and ensure thorough adherence to this policy, thereby ensuring the proper and reliable implementation of information security measures.
  5. 5Response to Information Security Incidents
    We clearly define policies and procedures for responding to information security incidents. In the event of an incident, we promptly carry out initial response actions to prevent further damage and communicate appropriately with relevant parties. In addition, we analyze the causes of incidents and strive to prevent recurrence.
  6. 6Continuous Improvement of Information Security Measures
    We review various measures as necessary and regularly evaluate compliance with this policy and related internal regulations to respond accurately to the emergence of new risks and changes in laws and regulations, striving for continuous improvement.
